Monad Studio ("we," "us," "our") is the design practice of ActiveWizards. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it. We believe in minimal data collection — we only gather what is necessary to serve you.

• Our analytics are cookie-free and collect zero personally identifiable information

What we collect

Contact form submissions

When you submit a project inquiry through our contact form, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, company name, industry, and project description. This data is transmitted to us via email through Mailgun and is used solely to respond to your inquiry.

Analytics data

We use privacy-first analytics that do not use cookies, do not track you across websites, and do not collect personally identifiable information. We measure aggregate page views, referral sources, browser types, and country-level location to understand how visitors use our site. No individual visitor profiles are created.

Server logs

Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard web server logs including IP addresses, browser user agents, and request timestamps. These logs are retained by Cloudflare according to their own privacy policy and are not accessed by us for individual identification purposes.

What we do not collect

• We do not use tracking cookies or advertising pixels
• We do not collect payment information through this website
• We do not build individual user profiles or behavioral fingerprints
• We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for marketing
• We do not use retargeting or cross-site tracking of any kind

How we use your data

We use the information you provide through our contact form exclusively to:

• Respond to your project inquiry
• Send you a project proposal if requested
• Communicate about an active project engagement

We will never add you to a marketing email list without your explicit consent.

Data storage and security

Contact form submissions are delivered via Mailgun's encrypted email infrastructure and stored in our email system. We do not maintain a separate database of form submissions. Our website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which provides enterprise-grade security including DDoS protection, TLS encryption, and global CDN delivery.

Third-party services

We use the following third-party services:

• Cloudflare — hosting, CDN, and DNS (their privacy policy)
• Mailgun — contact form email delivery (their privacy policy)
• Fontsource CDN — font delivery (no tracking, no cookies)

Your rights

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of any personal data we hold about you
• Request deletion of your personal data
• Withdraw consent for future communications at any time
